Katy from 2013 to 2018 has grown 25%. We’re also going to discuss the median home values and break it down to the zip codes in these areas as well. In 2013, the zip code 77493 had a median home value of $148,900, and the 2018 it rose to $198,700. Zip code 77449. Again, the median home value for 2013 was one $118,500 and in 2018 it rose to $152,100. Zip code 77494 medium home value in 2013 was $262,100 and in 2018 it rose to $343,000. 77450 zip code median home value in 2013 $191,000 and 2018 was $257,900. Zip code 77094 in 2013 had a median value of $295,200  and in 2018 it rose to $402,400, huge gains there in five years. City of Fulshear, they haven’t been resting on their laurels either. That city has exploded, it has grown in population 250%. Their zip code for the median home values for 77441 in 2013 was at $378,500, and in 2018 it rose to$ 429,100. Wow, look at all that equity out there, if you would have bought years ago you would have picked up all that equity just due to the market. You know interest is historically low right now that gives you huge buying power, there’s really good inventory out there as well.
