Good morning, Richard Luebeck, Red Lion Realty. This morning with Jim Kim and IBF Consulting. Jim, could you tell us a little bit about yourself?

Yes, so I was born and raised in Katy. And I started my consulting firm, its IBF Consulting, because I saw a real need for people where they need help with soft skills right now. And me personally, I do nonpartisan political engagement work all around the community. I was actually featured in three newspaper articles this past week for the work that I’ve been doing. And I also like to volunteer with my church. I do homeless outreach projects all around the city as well.

That’s very kind of you to do all that with your time Jim. What type of consulting does IBF do?

Okay so IBF Consulting, I realized that young adults and even some professionals, they needed help with soft skills. And so what I am specializing is it’s a professional development portfolio, where individuals can be super successful in the real world. Some examples are public speaking, networking better, dressing for success, office politics and etiquette.

That’s huge. I’m sorry I didn’t mean to interrupt you.

Right, right. And it can even go to email etiquette, because some people have no idea how to do that. And so in summary, it’s a full overall package where people will become a better version of themselves to present to the world.
