Richard grew up in Chicago, Illinois. From 1994 to 1995, Richard raced on the Team Polaris Watercraft Team and later in 1998 to 1999, he raced Ducati Superbikes. In 2001, Richard was brokering business with Dynamic Realty in Detroit Michigan and Indianapolis, Indiana. Family drew him to Texas in 2003 where he became the Sales Manager of a Powersports Dealership in Katy. That same year he met his future wife and son and they made Katy their home together when they married in 2008. The following year, Richard obtained his Texas Real Estate License and in 2017, he established Red Lion Realty Group.  

In his free time, Richard is an avid drummer and enjoys quiet times with his wife, son and their puppies. 

Shannan Boatwright is a licensed Realtor® who loves a challenge. She is dedicated to finding her clients the best Real Estate options available. Shannan was born in Houston, TX but had the opportunity to live in many wonderful cities, states and countries growing up due to her father working in the Oil & Gas Industry. She considers Midland, TX her hometown because that is where she graduated high school from and started her family.  After attending Texas State University, she moved back to Midland and began a 20-year career in the Oil and Gas Industry. She eventually moved with her family to the Dallas/Fort Worth area where she worked for Ford Motor Credit in their legal department, which sparked her interests in contracts and compliance.  Shannan moved back to the Houston area, settling in Katy, in 2004 where she continued her career in Oil and Gas until 2014. That same year, Shannan began working in the Powersports Industry as a Finance Manager but was not content with the career growth limitations in that line of work.

In 2019, drawing on all her experience gained throughout her career, mixed with her love of historical homes and personal interests with architecture, Shannan decided that a Real Estate career would fulfill her personal and career growth goals.  Being a Realtor® also fulfills her desire to serve and help others.

In her spare time, Shannan enjoys spending time with her husband, three daughters and three rescue pups. She loves to camp, explore nature, and hanging out at the beach watching her husband surf. One of her true joys is putting the top back on her Jeep, turning up the music and going for a long drive.

Sally holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a Minor in Economics from Texas A&M University. While at A&M, she was a member of Aggie School Volunteers where she tutored and mentored local elementary school children. Sally was also a member of Delta Sigma Pi, a Co-ed Business Fraternity that focuses on building professional business students. Her experiences with Delta Sigma Pi presented Sally opportunities with volunteering, attending professional events and professional training that have been invaluable in her career and personal life. Sally also holds a master’s degree from the University of Houston-Clear Lake in Business Administration with a concentration in Environmental Management.

Sally began her career in the technology industry. She started in 2012 with Hewlett Packard as a Business Analyst and came up through the ranks, ultimately achieving the position of Project Manager. Later, Sally moved companies to a technology reseller and held positions as a Project Manager, Business Development Manager and Sales Operation Manager. In 2019, she made a move to the Commercial Construction Industry and continued in Project Management.

Falling in-line with her belief to always be learning and growing, personally and professionally, Sally decided to make her move into Real Estate. She felt her pride in providing the best customer service and her genuine desire to make people happy would be well served. Sally is a proud native Houstonian. She grew up in the Fulshear area and after completing college, moved back and now calls Katy home. Sally loves to ride her horse and is a huge animal lover. She is an avid CrossFit enthusiast and is one of the biggest Houston Astros and Texans fans around.

Jennifer grew up in Houston and has called the Katy/Fulshear area home for the past 14 years. Jennifer’s background in staging homes allows her to help her clients stage a home to perfection to sell.
